Introducing a New Era of Luxury Living

When we designed Portera at the Grove, our primary goal was to create the best 55+ planned community in the country. Here, you can begin to imagine the fulfillment that comes from a true sense of community; living in a place where your neighbors ride bikes, golf, take nature walks, and look forward to sharing their most recent adventures over a glass of wine. Community entails camaraderie, inspired goals, and collective efforts to achieve them.

Designed with You in Mind

At Portera at the Grove, so much of what’s most significant in life becomes clear: humble pleasures, pursuit of dreams, a heart filled by gratitude, loving family and friendships. Personal wellness and a low-stress lifestyle develop into achievable priorities, encouraged by neighbors and peers. Our controlled-access community right outside of Portland offers 15 different floor plans to choose from. They include dark or neutral kitchen finishes according to your taste, attractive stainless steel appliances, in-room fireplaces, and more. Residents will also enjoy a number of fantastic on-site amenities. Spend a rainy day or late night in our theater room with surround sound or get your blood pumping on our bocce ball court or putting green.

Portera at the Grove is an Extended Planned Community

Take advantage of the surrounding green spaces for a peaceful retreat or an outdoor adventure. Walking and biking paths, hiking trails, and parks surround our facility. For those that enjoy spending time in the city, 30 minutes or less will get you to the center of Portland, where you can enjoy a world-class meal, peruse the books at Powell’s, or take in an evening of entertainment at The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Brimming with restaurants and entertainment venues, Portland allows you the opportunity to catch up with friends or family over a good meal and a glass of wine.

Community Events

If you’re interested in learning more about our spaces, we hold regular community events for our residents. You can view our calendar of events or send us an email to receive updates about upcoming opportunities to get acquainted with Portera at the Grove. If you see a floor plan you like and feel ready to move in, give us a call for availability and then apply online.

Living in Portera at the Grove allows you to enjoy your life and make meaningful connections with people that share similar goals, without any of the maintenance and hassles of a owning a traditional home.
